Return & Exchange Policy
We’re committed to your satisfaction! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days — even if it’s been worn.
Returns
- To start a return, click Request a Return / Exchange in the footer menu and follow the steps to submit your request.
- Items may be worn but must be returned in good condition, free from significant damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- After your return is approved, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. A $7.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days of approval.
Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, submit a request through Request a Return / Exchange in the footer menu and follow the guided process.
- Once your original item is received and inspected, your exchange item will be processed and shipped.
- No restocking or shipping fees apply to exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please report it through the Request a Return / Exchange button in the footer menu within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We’ll issue a refund or send a replacement/exchange at no additional cost.
