Materials & Quality
What materials are your earrings made from?
We use ASTM F-136 implant-grade titanium. This is the highest tier of titanium, specifically refined for biocompatibility and used globally for medical implants.
How does implant-grade titanium compare to other jewelry metals?
It’s the "gold standard" for safety. Stronger than steel but 45% lighter, it’s incredibly comfortable for all-day wear. Unlike silver, it won’t tarnish, and unlike "mystery metals," it is biocompatible and nickel-free.
What’s the difference between titanium and surgical steel?
The main difference is nickel. Surgical steel often contains 8-12% nickel, a common irritant. Our implant-grade titanium is 100% nickel-free, lighter, and more resistant to corrosion.
What’s the difference between implant-grade titanium (F-136) and pure titanium?
Implant-grade titanium (ASTM F-136) is a medical alloy reinforced for superior strength and scratch resistance. While both it and pure titanium are nickel-free, pure titanium is softer and more prone to wear. The implant-grade version holds a better polish and is more durable for long-term comfort.
What if I have an allergic reaction?
While true titanium allergies are extremely rare, everyone’s body is unique. If you experience discomfort:
- Check for trapped irritants: Often, redness is caused by trapped moisture, soap, or bacteria rather than the metal itself. Ensure your ears and jewelry are kept clean and dry.
- Remove the earrings: If irritation persists, remove the jewelry and allow your ears to rest.
- Refer to our Return Policy: We want you to love your jewelry. If you are unable to wear them, feel free to return and we will issue you a refund.
Sensitivity & Healing
Are your earrings safe for sensitive ears?
Yes! Our earrings are crafted with implant-grade titanium (ASTM F-136), which has an extremely low allergy rate. It is one of the most biocompatible metals available, making it a premier and highly durable option for everyday wear.
Are your earrings safe for new piercings?
Yes. Professional piercers recommend implant-grade titanium because it is non-reactive and supports a healthy healing environment. However, wait until your piercing is fully healed before swapping jewelry, as changing it too early can cause irritation regardless of the material.
What if I have an allergic reaction?
While true titanium allergies are extremely rare (<0.6%), everyone's skin is unique. Often, irritation is caused by trapped soap or moisture. If you experience discomfort, remove the earrings and clean the area. If you are unable to wear them, please refer to our Return Policy—we want to ensure you are comfortable!
Fit & Function
Do you offer different bar lengths?
Yes! we currently offer 6mm and 8mm bar lengths to ensure a perfect fit:
- 6mm bars – Best for thinner earlobes, cartilage, helix, and tragus piercings.
- 8mm bars – Ideal for thicker earlobes.

What is the difference between Internally Threaded and Push-Pin closures?
Both styles are designed for maximum comfort and safety, featuring a smooth post that won't irritate your ear during insertion. The difference is how they lock:
- Internally Threaded: The decorative top has a tiny screw that twists into the hollow post. It provides a very secure, mechanical lock that is excellent for long-term wear.
- Push-Pin (Threadless): The decorative top has a small pin that stays in place using tension. You simply push the top into the post to lock it. It is the easiest style to change and doesn't require any twisting.
Choose Internally Threaded for maximum security if you rarely change your jewelry. Choose Push-Pin if you want the easiest experience switching styles or struggle with tiny screw-on parts.
Can I wear my earrings in water?
Yes! Implant-grade titanium is waterproof and corrosion-resistant. Pro-tip: After showering or swimming, gently pat the area behind the flat-back dry. This prevents trapped moisture from irritating your skin.
Can I sleep with my earrings on?
Yes! Our flat-back design is specifically made to be comfortable while sleeping. It eliminates the "poking" and pressure caused by traditional butterfly-back earrings.

How long does processing and shipping take?
Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after processing.
- Express Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days after processing.
What should I do if the items I received are damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please submit a request through the Request a Return / Exchange button in the footer menu within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll take care of it by issuing a refund or sending a replacement or exchange at no additional cost. Please keep all original packaging and take clear photos of the damage to help us process the claim.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible as it may have already been processed or shipped. However, if you require any assistance, please feel free to reach out within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you.
What is your 30-Day Comfort Guarantee?
Even though implant-grade titanium is one of the least irritating metals for earrings, we understand that sensitive ears can react differently. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Comfort Guarantee—so you can try them with confidence.
If you experience irritation or discomfort after wearing your earrings, you may return them within 30 days—even if they’ve been worn—as long as they are in good condition.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery to give you plenty of time to try your earrings. Items may be returned even if they’ve been worn, as long as they are in good condition and free from significant damage beyond normal wear.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To start a return or exchange, click Request a Return / Exchange in the footer menu and follow the guided steps. Once your return request is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label.
Are there any fees for return or exchange?
We don’t charge any restocking fees, but a $7.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs. Exchanges are always free of charge.
