Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather or carrier delays.
Order Changes and Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it and we'll do our best to help. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it at your cost.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
- Lost in transit: if your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
- Marked as delivered but not received: contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we'll look into it with the carrier.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with an issue, please submit a request through our Return Portal within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.
