Threading Guide
Internally Threaded
The decorative top has a short threaded screw and twists into the post.
Threadless
The decorative top has a thin, smooth pin that pushes into the post and is held in place by tension. It does not screw in.
Choose the same threading as the top you already own. Internally Threaded and Threadless components are not interchangeable.
Post Size Guide
18G gauge
Approximately 1 mm thick.
6 mm
Often suitable for piercings with thinner tissue, including many lobe, helix, and tragus placements.
8 mm
Often better for thicker lobes, conch placements, thicker cartilage, healing piercings when recommended by your piercer, or additional space.
